great stay but limited seating options
The overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the property stood out during my visit. The conference room was spacious. it felt comfortable for our group activities. I particularly appreciated the layout, as it made our events run smoothly. The breakfast muffins were delightful, truly a must-try! Each bite brought a smile to my morning.
While the common areas were inviting, I found the seating options to be somewhat limited, particularly for larger groups.

The hotel's decor impressed me right away. The lobby felt welcoming and spacious. The room had hardwood floors that added a modern vibe. I loved seeing my name on the TV when I checked in. it felt personalized. Breakfast offered delicious muffins that I couldn't get enough of. However, the breakfast service could improve. The lady behind the counter seemed unfriendly at 9 am. I found a couple of used tissues left under the sink in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Also, I wish there had been more drawer space in the room. traveling with my family made that a bit tight. The pool wasn't open, and we weren't informed beforehand, which was frustrating. Outside, trash piled up during the day, affecting the first impression of the property. Despite these issues, the hotel's atmosphere and comfort made my stay enjoyable.

Oh, the breakfast muffins were pure magic and highly recommended! The hardwood floors in the room felt fresh and clean, and seeing my name on the TV? So extra! Was like being a VIP on my mini vacation.
Here's a cheeky twist, the cleaning crew barged in when I had a 'do not disturb' sign out. They didn’t even clean! Talk about bad timing. I expected a call back from management but still crickets!

Comfortable stay with decent food
We stayed for 3 nights and had a pretty chill time. The room was nice and quiet, definitely gave me some good sleep! The bar had some tasty drinks, but that morning shower was a bust—low water pressure and hot/cold mix-up. Otherwise, it was all good vibes!

A Pleasant Stay with Amazing Service
During our one-night stay, the modern vibe stole my heart. Dounia at breakfast created such a warm experience, with delicious options to start the day. Ty at the front desk made everything smooth. Just a tip, consider improving the trash management outside for an even better first impression!

i loved my stay at courtyard by marriott raleigh cary crossroads! the modern decor made the property feel fresh, and i appreciated the hardwood floors in the king room with sofa bed. The bartender brittney was fantastic. her wild bees knees cocktail was a highlight. the seasonal pool is perfect for a summer dip, too.

The property was stylish and spotless! Creative conference room setup and lots of room for mingling. Definitely a smooth stay overall.
They could use a bit more sparkle in the cleaning department—found a hair party in my shower! And good luck getting a light bulb changed, it’s like a game of charades!

The layout of the lobby offers an inviting atmosphere, with a nice mix of hardwood floors that give it a fresh vibe. The outdoor seating area adds a relaxing touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Disappointingly, the pool was closed during my stay, and I wasn't informed beforehand. With a family of four, I could have used more drawer space in our Double Queen Room. there were only two drawers tucked into a bench, which felt inadequate for our needs. Also, it was a little frustrating when the cleaning crew entered my room even though I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, yet they didn't even clean anything.
